Transportation to VA Medical Centers

Transportation to VA medical facilities is available through Polk County Aging. Veterans who are disabled, or over the age of 55, are eligible for transportation at reduced cost. Please contact Aging at (715) 485-8590. Spouses may ride if there is room, or for special needs of the veteran
