LARGE ASSEMBLY PERMITS:
Polk County has an Ordinance that states that any gathering on private or public property of 250 or more people that will continue for 18 or more consecutive hours, needs a permit from the county. The permit is $100.00 for each day of the event. Application must be applied for at the County Clerk's office at least 30-days before the assembly. A certificate of insurance is also required. |
