PROPERTY TAXES DUE:
***If you did not pay your minimum first half (or more) of the 2009 taxes due Jan 31, 2010, your taxes are now considered delinquent. The entire year is due and interest will accrue until paid in full. Interest is 1% per month, non-compounding. Interest accrues on the first day of the month on the outstanding tax amount, not on any accrued interest. The amount is good the entire month. PARTIAL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED AND WILL REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF INTEREST THAT ACCRUES THE FOLLOWING MONTH.****
January 31 -- Pay to local municipality
July 31 -- Pay to County Treasurer
